Book Box Review: Book of the Month February

Another month, another new selection from Book of the Month! I think one of my favorite emails to get every month is the notification that new books are available.

This month’s options were:

This month, I actually went with three books from the featured books! I actually think I would have gotten all five if we could get more, but I am happy with my selections. I might end up with the other two sometime in the future. This time I chose:

The Great Alone: As soon as I saw Kristen Hannah’s name, I knew this would be one of the books I chose. I absolutely adored The Nightingale, so this is an author I would love to read more from!

The Broken Girls: I don’t often buy mystery books, since once you know who the “bad guy” is, it kind of ruins the suspense for future rereads. But the summary really drew me in, and I just had to get it.

The Philosopher’s Flight: This sounded like a sort of gender swap situation – a man trying to break into a female-dominated industry/position – and the idea really intrigued me. I think this will be a pretty interesting read.

If you’re interested in trying BotM, I think this code – YESPLZ – will get you a free book (I saw someone else post it, so hopefully it works)!

Did you receive any books from Book of the Month in February? What did you pick?
