WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Books to do a little reading plan update.
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
Currently Reading:
I’m late to the party with Getting Things Done – it’s the book club pick for my college’s alumni book club, and they started reading it like a month ago and I only just got it. I’ll try to catch up, but I’m just reading about half a chapter a night before bed, so it’s pretty slow going. I am really hoping to get some good tips, I need them. 😛
I just started Platform Dwellers this morning, so I don’t have much to say about it yet. I do have to finish it today, and will have a review up tomorrow!
Recently Finished: (Once again, this is two weeks worth of reading. I did have a lot of free time last weekend.)
I really enjoyed Vicious. It’s quite different from other hero/villain stories in that the “hero” is actually kind of more the bad guy and the “bad guy” is more good (still not an outstanding citizen, but he’s better than the good guy).
Third Grave Dead Ahead and Fourth Grave Beneath My Feet were fantastic. I love Charlie’s personality and I am very excited to continue reading this series.
It was actually pretty disappointing. It never got to a point that I was actually afraid to read it (ok, maybe I stopped reading it at night), and the ending was actually quite bad. And that stupid orgy scene was disgusting and unnecessary and not okay at all. I think I might write a full review, as I have a lot more to say about this one.
The Young Elites, The Rose Society, and The Midnight Star were all very quick and entertaining. I really loved the idea of such a dark main character, and I guess I’m okay with the ending.
I loved Burned so much I just had to read Feverborn and Feversong immediately after. I really loved this series.
Ash Princess was okay. It’s not the most unique book ever, but that didn’t make me want to put it down. Review coming eventually.
Percy Jackson and the Singer of Apollo and The Demigod Files are some Percy Jackson short stories, and guys, I love Rick Riordan’s books. So. Much.
Killing Pretty was good. Not the best Sandman Slim book ever, but it did have a pretty interesting premise – somebody killed Death.
Up Next:
Up next will be The Serpents Shadow and Ray vs. The Meaning of Life.
Ash princess is on my Tbr . Great post

Well, take my advice and don’t get into the bounty that is Hulu!

Oh, it’s way too late for that haha! I’ve had Hulu for a while now, so I’ve already binged most of the shows I was most excited about. I am so ready for the new season of Handmaid’s Tale though!
