WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Books to do a little reading plan update.
The Three Ws are:
What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?
I haven’t made any progress on As Bright As Heaven since last week. I’ve been distracted by Game of Thrones and other stuff. 🙂
I’m finally getting around to the Kitty Pong reading list (from China Rich Girlfriend), and I just started Snobs this morning. I was really confused as to whether the narrator was a guy or a girl, but now that he’s at a stag party, I’ve figured it out. Other than that, I do kind of enjoy the explanations of English snobbery, but it’s a little bit boring so far.
Narcosis Room was pretty good. I already reviewed it, so check that out here! 🙂
Assassin’s Apprentice felt almost like a backstory/informational story more than a real novel to me, until the end anyway. There just wasn’t a lot of action. But I can see a lot of the information and background from this book being relevant to future books, so I’m okay with it.
P.S. I Still Love You was exactly the cutesy romance I expected, except for the break up. Is that going to happen again in the last one? Because like, three break ups in such a short amount of time of actually dating really doesn’t sound like the foundation of a solid relationship.
Lean Mean Thirteen was great. I was laughing my way through it, as usual.
I don’t usually add manga into my WWWW’s, as it’d get kind of annoying (to me anyway), but I finally finished Bleach! I started reading this manga… probably close to 10 years ago, and gave up on it not even that far into the first arc. I started wondering what happened, and found that my library has it on Overdrive, so I started reading again a few months ago, and I’ve finally finished it! I do have to say, the final battles of each arc were all a little disappointing, and the overall ending was cute, but a bit ordinary. I’m glad to be done with it and I think I’m going to miss it a little.
I need to read Black Dawn, Renegade, and Queen to Ashes for a review next week, so I should probably get started on those ASAP.
For some reason, all of my holds on Overdrive are/are becoming available like right now, so I need to read them a bit faster… up next I have P.S. I Like You, Best. State. Ever, and if I really push it I might get to First Women.
What have you been reading, and what’s up next?
